Tom is a passionate investor with funds management, management consulting and software strategy experience.

Tom previously worked in the strategy team of a large (US$25bn+), high growth Australian software company (Canva) focused on M&A, due diligence, modelling and growth strategy. Prior to this, Tom worked at L.E.K. Consulting, where he worked across a range of industries undertaking strategic, vendor and commercial due diligence (VDD & CDD) for private equity clients.

He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford with Distinction and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales as a Co-Op Scholar, receiving the Lyceum Prize for 1st placed thesis.

Glenn is an investor with several decades of funds management and investor experience, including working with several of Australia's wealthiest families.

Glenn was previously a Founder and the CEO of Ellerston Capital Ltd an alternative asset management business established to manage the Packer Family’s wealth and external investors capital in public equity markets. Over the period at Ellerston Capital, AUM grew in excess of $4 billion.

Prior to this, Glenn was Head of Asia Pacific, Deutsche Bank's - Absolute Return Strategies Group. Glenn established this business into the market leader and was a member of the Investment Committee. He is also Co-Founder of Centennial Asset Management, a boutique asset management business.

Leah’s career began in FX before joining BT Financial Group, specialising in Margin Lending for HNW investors. From there, Leah moved onto a Hedge fund relationship management position and later joined UBS, where she worked in Risk Managed Products and as a Fixed Income Analyst.

Leah's career progressed to client service management for an UHNW Multi-Family Office and investor relations positions for domestic and international property funds and hedge funds.
